Flashback Friday

Let’s take some time and look back to when you were a little kid. All those fun, old games and TV shows that Disney, Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon used to show, but are now rarely played and only late at night. Memories, right?

All of those fun times pretending to be Hannah Montana or some other Disney character. Having a fun time watching and laughing at Drake and Josh. Maybe you wanted to have some kind of elemental power because of Avatar: The Last Airbender or wanted to be a scientist like Dexter in Dexter’s Laboratory. Perhaps you imagined yourself as a cool spy like Kim Possible or as a superhero from Teen Titans. You probably wished you could live in a hotel like in The Sweet Life of Zack and Cody or in the ocean like Spongebob and Patrick.

There are so many good old shows that the later generations of kids don’t even know about these days. Remembering these shows and how we would stay up to watch them, makes us smile about the good things that occurred during our childhood. Here are some Panthers who shared their favorite TV shows, games, and memories from the 90's or early 2000's.

Allan (9) used to watch That’s So Raven, and thought that it was funny and cool that Raven had visions of the future. He explained that his favorite episode was when she had a vision of someone being choked by a bar.

Jerian (9) loved playing “Tipton Trouble” because it was really fun for her to run around and act as if she was in trouble. The game is about Suite Life of Zack and Cody where Zack and Cody run around the hotel and replace pictures with a poster of their mom having a concert at the hotel. You run around the hotel without getting caught by Mr. Moseby, London, the mom, or Maddie.

Maria Cruz (12) loved Spongebob Squarepants when she was little. “I love that yellow sponge. He always seemed to be thinking positive. I also always wanted to try a Krabby Patty,” Maria claimed, laughing.

Saul Sanchez's (10) favorite TV show that he watched when he was younger was Tom and Jerry. Watching Tom the cat chasing Jerry the mouse has always entertained him since he was lilittle.
