Movie Review: Deadpool
Wade Wilson, an ex-Special Forces operative, was transformed into Deadpool by the evil scientist, Ajax. Deadpool now has rapid healing powers and a strange sense of humor. With the help of his partners, Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, they help track down the evil scientist responsible for creating Deadpool.
"Deadpool was everything I have been waiting for since I was in elementary. It was filled with humor and action that comic lovers and all will love. The only issue was it ended too quickly. Also, I wouldn't recommend taking your younger siblings or parents to watch it." - Manny Rolon (12)
"It was an incredible and funny movie. But don't watch it with family." -Arturo Enciso (12)
"The movie almost lived up to my expectations; the back story was a little slow and boring but after that it was pretty funny and was everything I thought it would be. After waiting two years for it, it was worth the wait" Jacob Bobadilla (12)

Through their hard work this past weekend in Huntington Beach, the boys were able to capture their second CIF plaque of the season by finishing 2nd to Santa Ana. This is the second straight year they have been runners up. It's also a nice addition to add to their CIF dual championship two weeks ago.
PV was lead by 5 medalists who are all seniors and dedicated individuals:
Rafael Delgado 6th
Ricardo Alonso 2nd
Jose Garcia 2nd
Roman Garcia 2nd
And finally our newest individual CIF CHAMPION Cristian Ayala.
All these young men advanced to the MASTERS Tournament in Ontario this coming Friday and Saturday.
