How Do You Ask Someone to Sadies?
The Sadie's dance is right around the corner! Unlike the traditional school dance, the girls can ask the guys out instead of waiting for someone to ask the other. So do you have a date yet? If not, it's time to put your game face on, grab a poster, and some bravery to ask that special person! But if you're having some trouble doing so, or need that little push, here are some PV girls that have some advice into asking someone to Sadie's.

Jasmine Hernandez (9) "Just simply be you and go about it the way you feel most comfortable and that involves a skill you're an expert in. If you love baking, bake him something! If you're an amazing artist, draw him something, and so forth. I always tell myself to be confident, "You never know unless you try and if it doesn't work out, then oh well. At least you tried. There's always more opportunities!"
Charlotte Hight (11) "One way to ask a guy out for Sadies is to bring a bear or flowers with a poster and just walk up to him and ask him. If you don't have the confidence to ask the guy out, just have a friend walk with you to him and help you out on asking him."
Karissa Arechiga (11) "If you plan on asking a guy out for Sadies, you should just make a poster with his name written with big letters. If you need help building confidence then try not to overthink too much or doubt yourself that he will say no. Keep your head high, and know he will say yes!"
Jenna Negrete (11) "The way I'd ask a guy out to Sadies is to think of a cheesy pick up line and write it on a poster with his name on it. He just has to say yes if it's cheesy and funny. If you're scared to ask him out to the dance, breathe in and out and act calm. The more you worry, the more you'll lose your confidence."
Have You Been Called to Duty?

The Call of Duty franchise is one of the most successive franchises among video games today. It has spawned many installments and millions of fans. The franchise is divided among three companies. The company Infinity Ward is the first to make a Call of Duty game and they have since made six installments within the series. They originally made Call of Duty back in 2003 as a PC release. The only games they produced were for the Call of Duty franchise. Then they created the Modern Warfare series and have since moved on to create another series.
Treyarch is the second company to join the Call of Duty Franchise and they too have made 6 Call of Duty games. They created the fan favorite Mode of Zombies that has garnered millions of fanatics looking into, analyzing, and predicting the future for the Zombies mode and storyline. The Zombies Mode has become a huge part of their recent Call of Duty games and one of the biggest attractions of the Call of Duty franchise.
The third company to join is SledgeHammer games. SledgeHammer is fairly new to the franchise and has made one title and helped out in the making of Modern Warfare 3. Call of Duty is released on a yearly cycle with the latest release title being Call of Duty Black Ops 3, which is a Treyarch game. Which is your favorite Call of Duty game?

There are so many different styles of boots that have been very trendy lately. The over-the-knee boots are so easy to find in stores nowadays and are very affordable. They are worn a lot in the fall and winter time because they keep your legs warm as well as knee high boots. Short boots, also known as booties, can be worn in any season because they don’t necessarily keep you warm. Booties are worn mainly just for style. Everyone has their own preferences on how to rock their boots. We interviewed a few fashionable panthers to see what types of boots or booties were their favorite types to wear:
Lupita Franco (10) "I style my boots with skinny jeans. I like wearing every type of boot depending on the occasion."
Ruby Escobar (12) "Usually I wear my boots with skinny jeans. If the boots are long I wear them with a small dress."
Sandra Ramirez (10) "I usually wear cozy sweaters, jeans, and socks with my boots.”
Janet Lopez (12) "I style my boots by wearing skinny jeans tucked inside my boots. I also like to wear long socks with boots and a dress."
Yearbook Sales Deadline Extended to Friday
The yearbook deadline has been extended to Friday the 19th. That date will be the last date to order your own yearbook, and it won’t be extended any further.
